THE SPECTACLES

The articles talks about one new gadget of
Snapchat. Snapchat is an app where you can send photos to your friends but in
10 seconds this photos disappear. This gadget is a sunglass. But it’s not a normal
sunglass but a recording one. On the top of sunglass you can see two little
cameras, and these ones are connected to Snapchat. So whatever you record is automatically
hang out on the app. However, the problem of this gadget is that you can’t buy
that on a normal shop. The personal of Snapchat, put some tents in wherever they
want without advice, so if you are there fine, but if you are not you can’t buy
it. The company announced that only we will now the new places of those stores
for a future online map. Finally the article
said that one problem of this gadget is that it can be dangerous for your privacy.
But then, the company said that when the glasses are recording there are one
light on it.
I think that this gadget is awesome because you
can record those memories without have to have your phone in your hands.

HACKERS
This article is from NY times:
This article talks about a rare case that
happens on Facebook. One day when Mark Zuckerberg, the creator of Facebook, opens
his app he found that he has a memorial of him on his page. So then he check
the counts of his friends if they saw him dead too. Later he realized that he wasn’t the unique
person who had this problem. So that fact became viral and a lot of people had
this problem and comment on twitter about that. Finally they discovered that
they had been hacked.
In my opinion that was a funny joke. I mean,
they had been hacked but this kind of hacks not hurt anyone. And it’s rare that
Mark Zuckerberg could be hacked. But also is a serious thing but it makes you conscious
that hackers can do whatever they want with our accounts and our private
profiles too.

BEST SUMMER EVER
Last summer was the best of my life for different
reasons. It was the first time that I have worked. Before summer I was very
worried about that, because I thought that it would be like go to school, that
it would be a routine. But I was never more wrong. I worked on Tropic Beach; it
is a small open air restaurant near the beach of Sant Pere Pescador. In this job
I make new good friends and we made good stories together. It’s true that there
were a lot of people and sometimes you didn’t stop in hours, but I really like
be a waitress. I started to work at 10 a.m., and it was awesome because when I
was working I could see all this awesome views of the beach. Also I loved work
at night because the environment of Tropic Beach was better; there were more
people of my age. And every Monday we had a musician there. We met a lot of
people from Netherland, Germany even France.
Other reason was that my best friend was
working in the camping next to Tropic Beach, so every day I saw her. Also we
went for first time to Fata, one disco from Sant Pere Pescador. And it was
amazing because the people who I met on my job usually went there and my
workmates too.
Besides sometimes I went to the beach to play
volleyball with one of my teammates.
This summer I really disconnect from all and I
was very relaxed.

HUMOR?
Does humor play an important role in life? I think that this question is interesting. To be honest in my opinion humor is important in our lifes for different reasons:
Firstly, nowadays we live in a world full of problems, such as, pollution,wars,... and making fun of that can help us to deal with them.
Secondly, in a personal way, if you make fun of your problems, you would live better. Because sometimes if we take all our problems seriosly, the problem becomes worse. Also I think that if you laugh at your problems nobody can use them to hurt you.
To sum up, I think that you have to laugh and make fun of everything you can , your life is better when you're laughing.

GLOBALISATION
Today, I want to talk about the problem of the globalisation. I know that globalisation is good for a lot
of things, for example the food, now you can go to the town and buy some sushi,
but it's native to Japan. Also is a good thing because you can talk with people
around the world about everything because more less we have enough culture to
do it. So I agree with the globalisation produce a lot of benefits but also it
have damages. And one of that damages is the lost of some traditions.
The people don't want to grow up
to go to La Patum for example, but they want to go to Tomorowland in Belgica.
So, yes I think that
celebrate the typical traditions from another country is awesome, but forget
our traditions is a wrong action, and we have to stop that change before that
traditions disappear. Because any tradition is better than other. All
traditions are unique and awesome, like "Cagar el tio" or "Els
Reis mags" traditions from Catalonia.
WIFE CARRYING COMPETITION

This article talks about one competition that
had place in New England on 13rd of October. This competition consists on doing
a steeplechase while the husbands were carrying their wifes. It was the 17th
annual competition and forty-four couples participate in. The best time was
under one minute. The prize was eleven
cases of beer and five times the wife’s weight in cash.
I think that this competition is very original,
because it’s one way of doing sport funnily. When I grow up and will get
married I would like to participate in it.
