What is the paper of the sport in our society?
You can like or dislike sport, but you can't disagree with the fact about sport is the better way to be healthy. Because maybe you have a good diet but if you don't do sport, your body don't have resistance and one day maybe you have to improve yourself for an specific situation, and you won't do it.
Besides, when you do sport you feel more comfortable with yourself, because it's like you can do what you want. You know, your only limit it's you. There are a lot of people that said: I'm not made to run, or to do sport. But this are only excuses. Of course it's not easy at the first, but remember, no pain no gain.
